He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry C. B. Flack and Margaret Flack (Lickteig); and his daughter-in-law Jennifer Flack. He is survived by: his wife Theresa Flack; his sons, Henry Dean Flack, James Edward Flack and Jason Colgate Flack; his daughters-in-law, Sandy, Kim and Chelsea; his granddaughters, Ciara, Sydney, Mila and Reese; and his great grandchildren, Archer and Jayden.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Calendar Chapel (1883 US-54, Iola, KS 66749). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM at the same location.
Memorial contributions may be made to Theresa Flack in lieu of flowers and left in care of the funeral home.
