The memory of Gordon Daniel Bennett (Arlington, Texas), born in Elmira, New York, who passed away on December 11, 2024 at the age of 93, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Bennett and Mary Bennett. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Collins of Jersey City, NJ; his brother John Bennett; his sister-in-law Joanne Bennett; his children, Alice Flannery, Margaret Jones and Christopher Bennett; and his children-in-law, Timothy Flannery, Lonnie Jones and Julie Bennett. He is also survived by 23 grandchildren and their 12 spouses, 50 great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at 1408 N Davis Dr, Arlington, TX 76012. A funeral Mass was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 at 9:30 AM at the same location. A committal service was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 at 2:30 PM at the Dallas - Fort Worth National Cemetery.
