He is survived by: his wife Karen Shelby Seay of Keller; his daughter Wanda Seay King "Tameka" (Stephon) of Cedar Hill; his stepchildren, Sheletha Finely (Christopher) of Keller, Jack Mitchell of Seattle, WA and Johnathan Mitchell of Seattle, WA.; his siblings, Cedric Walker of Midlothian, Andre Seay of Midlothian, Micheal Seay (Sherri) of Mansfield, Laboski Seay (Stephanie) of Waxahachie, Rodney Evans (Cynthia) of Fort Worth, Craig Seay of San Jose, CA, Christi Seay Henderson of Des Moines, Trina Seay Davis of Waxahachie and Michelle Seay Sauzier (Nico) of San Francisco, CA; his grandchildren, Tyuna Vincent and Nyiah Hill; and his stepgrandchildren, Karma, Zachery, Nina, Naomi, Johnnie, Melsia, Aly, Chris, Euro and Americo. He is also survived by nephews, nieces, cousins, other relatives and friends.
