We bid farewell to Carolyn Faye Herring of Arlington, Texas, born in McLeod, Texas, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on January 5, 2025 at the age of 85. Carolyn Faye touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her husband Jerry Herring; her parents, Robert Lewis and Ruby Lewis; and her brother-in-law Dr. Mickey Via. She is survived by: her children, Cindy Stene (Tim) of Fort Worth, Jeff Herring of Arlington and Jay Herring (Angie) of Mansfield; her grandchildren, Brandy Crow (Michael), Calley Christensen (Hunter), Shay Stene, Hunter Herring (Camryn), Payton Herring, Ava Herring and Andrew Herring; her great grandchildren, Cade Crow, Cason Crow and Paisley Herring; and her siblings, Charles Lewis (Norma) of Searcy and Martha Via of Denton. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the New York Avenue Church of Christ (5371 New York Ave, Arlington, TX 76018). A funeral service was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
