He is survived by: his son Benjamin of Fort Worth, Texas; his wife Bette Conard; and his siblings-in-law, Carol, David Schipper of Indianola, JoAnn Conard of Vero Beach, Becky Conard of Earlham, Patricia Walker of Cabot and Jeff Clemens of Chillicothe, Missouri.. He is also survived by his numerous nieces & nephews.
