She is survived by: her children, Katrina Hourani of Austin, TX, Jim Horany (Debbie) of Lakeside City, TX, Dan Horany of Irving, TX and Diane Horany Arnold (Ron) of Smithville, TX.. She is also survived by her nine grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, and many Kouri and Horany nieces and nephews.

Instead of flowers, the family suggests donations made to the Hospice of Wichita Falls, TX.
