She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe Ellis "Slick" Tatum and Ida Augusta Tatum (Wilhelm); her husband Charles Eugene "Gene" Bell; and her siblings, Joe "Dutch" Tatum, Charles Ellis "Dudler" Tatum and Lucyle Tatum Gosler.
She is survived by: her former husband Raymond Davis; and her children, Kandace Phillips (Leonard) of Henrietta, Texas and Steve Bell (Marsha) of Conroe, Texas. She is also survived by five grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren.
