It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Manning of Aransas Pass, Texas, born in Houston, Texas, who passed away on September 7, 2020, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Joseph and Viola Jacoby Manning; and his grandson Andrew Sutter. He is survived by: his wife Lilian J. Manning (Jean); his daughters, Vivian Sutter and Kristen Brown; and his grandchildren, Bethany, Cara Sutter, Molly and Parker Brown.
