It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sylvia Everett of Aransas Pass, Texas, born in Rockford, Illinois, who passed away on May 4, 2021, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Elwin Clifford Runte and Leora Frances Harter Runte; her husband William "Bud" Everett; her siblings, Everett D. Runte, Marvin K. Runte and Luella; her brother-in-law Jerry Beltran; her nephew Clifford Arthur Runte; her niece Mary Baker; and her great-niece Rachel Niederstadt.
She is survived by: her son Paul Andrew Everett (Kim); her grandchildren, Jared (Heather) of Fountain, Ryan of Fountain, Trevor (Brittany) of Fountain and Kaylee of Fountain; her daughter Phyllis Lynn Bown of Aransas Pass; her grandchildren, Leslie Hegner (Chris) of Las Vegas, Joseph Bown (Leslie) of Las Vegas, Melynda Bown of Las Vegas, Samuel Bown of Las Vegas, Theresa Bown (Stephen) and Hailee Bown of Aransas Pass; and her sisters-in-law, Mary Helen Runte and Shirley Runte. She is also survived by 14 great grandchildren, many nephews, nieces and great nephews and nieces.
