She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Webb and Ruby Webb; her brother Bobby Webb; and her children-in-law, Kathy Eppard and Garry Looney.
She is survived by: her children, Keith Eppard, Lisa Shannon (Looney) and Cynthia Devillier (Jamie); her brother David Webb (Diana); her grandchildren, Robert Eppard (Danielle), Megan Webb-Torres, Melissa Shannon, David Eppard, Lucas Eppard (Ali), Russell Eppard (Jennifer) and Graham Devillier; her great grandchildren, Jordan (Isis), Alyssa, Taylor, Madison, Alex, Patrick, Aybree, Drew, Ruby, Niko, Jonah, Jack and Wesley; and her great great grandchildren, Isaik and Walter. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
