He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy, Sr. Fisher and Mary Fisher; his foster parents, Carl Fisher and Martha Fisher; his wife Delores Ransford Fisher of Spirit Lake, IA; and his daughter Patricia Fisher Conner.

He is survived by: his sons, Keith (Bytha), Michael (Arliss), William (Dawn), Eric (Eileen) and Brian (Molly).
