He was predeceased by: his son Troy Dean Culver; and his siblings, Louise Long and Douglas Culver. He is survived by: his wife Judy Culver; his daughters, Stacy Culver, Jessica Culver and Dawn Spiegelhoff; and his sisters, Kathleen Walden and Ginger Townsend. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
