She is survived by: her sons, Joe Franks (Courtney), Steven Franks and Rickey Franks of Rockport, Texas; and her siblings, Danny Garcia (Pam), Anita and Becky. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
