He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne Ladusch and Shirley Ann Ladusch "Powitzky"; and his grandparents, Cora Arlla, Paul Ladusch and JC Arlla.
He is survived by: his brothers, Wayne Sidney Ladusch Jr. and Michael Hinton; his aunt Nina Irwin; and his cousin Pual Duncan of Rockport Texas.
