He was predeceased by: his father Encarnacion Martinez, Sr.; his brother Carnation Martinez, Jr.; and his nephews, Nathan Fuentes and Efrain Resendez. He is survived by: his mother Anita Martinez, (Ancira) of Aransas Pass, Texas; his siblings, Daniel Martinez (Deborah) of Aransas Pass, Texas, Diana Resendez (Erasmo Sr.) of San Marcos, Texas, Elva Fuentes (Jesse), Rosa Davila (Ray Sr.) of Aransas Pass and Nora Piones (Fernando) of Cedar Park, Texas; and his nieces and nephews, April Morales, Angel Martinez, Ana Martinez, Christopher Martinez, Danny Martinez, Abraham Morales, Lawrence Boysen III, Bryan Fuentes, Joseph Martinez, Raz Resendez, Jr., Victor Resendez and Michael Resendez.
