He is survived by: his wife Jane; his sons, Phillip III and Jesse (Tammy); his stepdaughter Carrie; his grandchildren, Philip, Dylan, Tylina, Waylon, Amber and Allison; his great grandchild Lincoln; and his siblings, Stephen, Richard and Nancy (Marcus). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
