She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Brinson Stringer and Lela Durham Stringer; her husband H. D. Bo Bonorden (Bonorden); and her siblings, Jesse Stringer, Dr. John Stringer, Joe Stringer and Ruth Groff.
She is survived by: her children, Bobby Bonorden (Barbara), Mary Lynn Magee (Pat) and Joe Bonorden (Amy); and her sister Sami Shirley. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren: 7 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
