He was predeceased by: his parents, Miguel Martinez and Hilda Martinez; his nephew Tomas Flores; his niece Nora Hilda Martinez; his brother-in-law Elfego Martinez; his daughter-in-law Heather Lynn Martinez; his wife Conchita Martinez; his children, Ludivina Diaz (Mando) of Aransas Pass, Maribel Diaz (Rene) of Florida, Emmanuel and Isabel Flores (Jacob) of Aransas Pass; and his grandchildren, Tamara Correa (Joe), Marisa Diaz, Nathanuel Diaz, Adan Diaz (Linda), Sebastian Martinez, Ryder Martinez, Genesis Martinez, Zoe Flores, Nicholas Martinez and Ella Flores.
He is survived by: his in-laws, Ismael Martinez (Nora), David Martinez (Rafaela), Isabel and Concepcion (Sergio) of Lourdes. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, cousins, and close family friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 6th 2025 from 5:30 PM to 8:00 PM at the Charlie Marshall Funeral Home (2003 TX-35, Aransas Pass, TX 78336). A funeral service was held on Monday, January 6th 2025 at 6:30 PM at the same location. A procession was held on Tuesday, January 7th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Prairie View Cemetery (4424 FM 1069, Aransas Pass, TX 78336).
