He is survived by: his significant other Jenny Lee Urtiaga; his children, Michael Urtiaga Jr. (Melissa), Stephanie Bell (DJ) and Staci West (Justin); his grandchildren, Daniel, Rachael, Colton Bell, Shayla, Malayna Urtiaga, Kamyrin and Gauge West; his great grandchild Bentley Bell; his parents, Mike Urtiaga and Gini Urtiaga; and his sister Gigi Urtiaga-Deptawa.
