She was predeceased by: her parent W. N. Spears, Sr.; her husband Doil; and her siblings, Leslie Spears, Frankie Spears, Thelda Spears, Walter Spears, Edward Spears, W. N. "Bubbie" Spears, Jr., Wanda Spears Morrison, Vivian "V. J." Spears, Floyd "Jiggs" Spears, Florence Spears Parks and Rosemary Spears Upton.

She is survived by: her children, Janet Loeffler (Bob) of San Antonio and Doil Plezz "Bubba" Kellar, Jr. (Kathy) of Aransas Pass; her brother Robert "Joe" Spears of Aransas Pass; her granddaughters, Leslye Campbell (Neil) of San Antonio and Lyssa Hamilton (Michael) of Boerne; and her great grandchildren, Reese, Rebecca, Reagan Campbell, Zane, Brek and Saylor Hamilton. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
