It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lisa Torres of Aransas Pass, Texas, born in Corpus Christi, Texas, who passed away on July 26, 2020, at the age of 51, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Alvaro Gilberto. She is survived by: her mother Laura Alaniz of Corpus Christi; her husband Telesforo Torres III; her children, Telesforo Torres IV (Maria) of North Texas, Neomi Helms (Rodney), Joseph Torres and Stephanie Esquivel (Eddie) of Aransas Pass, Texas.; her grandchildren, Nathaniel Morris, Aaliha Morris, Jonah Morris, Richard Nino, Ava LaFlor Esquivel and Telesforo Torres V; her great grandchild Miliani Aaliyah Gonzales; her grandmother Maria Medina of Aransas Pass; and her siblings, Alvaro Gilberto Medina III of Aransas Pass, Piporro Medina (Micaela) of Corpus Christi, Marsha Peña (Jorge) of Dallas and Martin Medina of Corpus Christi, Texas.. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and lifetime friends.
