He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Reed and Mary Reed; and his brother Allen Reed. He is survived by: his wife Martha Diane Reed; his children, David Reed, Catherine Meyer and Cindy Sue Watson; his stepsons, David Fender, Bruce Fender and William Fender; and his brother Johnny Reed. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.
