He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Morgan and Evelyn Morgan; and his sisters, Martha Davis (Bo) and Paula Ann Cummings (Jim). He is survived by: his wife Virginia L. Morgan of Ingleside; his children, Valencia Moore (Terry) of Aransas Pass, Jimmie Ray Morgan Jr., Darrell L. Morgan (Mary Ann) of Seadrift and Dewayne L. Morgan (Masonya) of Aransas Pass, Texas; and his brother Floyd Morgan (Janice) of Waco, Texas. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren; eighteen great-grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
