He is survived by: his wife Betty Ann House of Aransas Pass, TX; his children, Jerry Wade House Jr. (Jill) of Conroe, TX, Vicki Ballard (Steve) of Portland, TX., Sheryl Williams (Chris) of Fort Worth, TX., Caryn House of Corpus Christi, TX. and Cayleigh House of Aransas Pass, TX.; and his siblings, Ronnie House, Richard House and Carolyn Fowler. He is also survived by five grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; three fur babies.
