It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jennifer Phillips (Aransas Pass, Texas), who passed away on August 14, 2021, at the age of 36, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her son Eli Joel Garza; and her grandparents, Hughes Hunter Phillips and Milburn Louis McElroy. She is survived by: her son Luke Anthony Hill; her parents, Jimmy Ray Phillips, Sr. (Amie Owens) and Lisa Ann McIver; her grandmothers, Betty Leona Phillips and Mary Ann McElroy; her siblings, Jimmy Ray Phillips, Jr., Leslie Eugene Phillips, Kelley Rene Phillips, Traci Lynn Martinez (Gonzolo "Oso") and Julia Dawson; and her aunts and uncles, Terri Lynn Snellgrove (Chuck), Mark Phillips, Milburn Louis McElroy, Jr. (Joniann), Tina Thigpen and Jane Beadle (Jeff). She is also survived by extended family members and many friends.
