He is survived by: his wife Jane Ann Ballard Smith; his daughters, Sharon Smith and Mary Lozano; his grandchildren, Darren Glenn Lozano, Dylan James Lozano and Suzanne Price; and his great grandchildren, Lauren, Addison, Kyler, Cody and Ty.
