He is survived by: his wife Nola Jane Price; his son James F. Price, Jr. (Susan) of Aransas Pass; his grandchildren, Victoria Luke (Josh), Alexandria Hutcheson (Ray Lee) and Colby Price; and his great grandchildren, Hayzee Hutcheson, Hank Hutcheson, Zylee Luke, Kenzlee Luke and Nolyn Price.
