He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack C. McKenzie and Marjorie McKenzie. He is survived by: his siblings, Tommy McKenzie and Joeann McKenzie; and his children, J. T. McKenzie, Scott McKenzie, Joseph McKenzie, Robye McKenzie, Jaqueline Ortega and Tina Malek. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, cousins, and nieces.
