It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Heladio Pena Rios Jr. of Aransas Pass, Texas, who passed away on April 4, 2023, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Heladio P. Rios Sr. and Maria O. Celum of Aransas Pass, TX; and his siblings, David G. Rios, Ester Rios of Universal City, Dolores Davis (Ross) of Owasso, OK and Hector Rios (Brandy) of Aransas Pass. He was also cherished by many aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
