She was predeceased by: her parents, Juan Tijerina and Epifania Tijerina; and her son Jose T. Flores Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Helen Perez of Aransas Pass, TX and Gilbert Tijerina of George West, TX; and her granddaughter Helen Jaramillo (Bookie).
