He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, George Bills and Lucille Bills; his sons, David Bills (Kelly) and Brandon Bills; and his siblings, James Bills, Roy Bills, Dickson Lee Bills, Lela Yardley, Delores Craddack and Mae Dawson. He was also cherished by six grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
