He is survived by: his father David Baker; his wife Betty Baker; his daughters, Briana Baker of Nacogdoches, TX. and Brandi Baker of Erlanger, KY; and his siblings, Jeff Baker of Dryridge, KY, Amy Baker of Dryridge, KY, Laura Merida of Walton, KY and Melissa Conner of Cincinnati, OH. He is also survived by three grandchildren.
