He was predeceased by: his parents, Virgil Neill and Frances Neill of San Antonio, Texas.. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Stevens Neill (Aransas Pass); his son Morgan (Erin); his stepsons, Jonathan Taylor (Aransas Pass) and Ryan McCready (Rockport); his siblings, Valerie Harvey (Gary), David Neill (Miriam) of Aransas Pass and John Neill of San Antonio; his grandchildren, Karleigh, Morgan Neill (Little Mo), Nicole and Derek Cramer; and his godson Jake Neill. He is also survived by cousins and friends.
