It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cruz Solis (Aransas Pass, Texas), born in Rockport, Texas, who passed away on April 29, 2019, at the age of 54, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Cruz E. Solis; his siblings, George Soliz, Richard Falcon and Barbara Solis; his nephew Martin "Chucky" Campbell; and his wife Linda Tijerina.
He is survived by: his close friend Jennifer Perez of Aransas Pass, Texas; his stepchildren, Lucas Tijerina and Rhawnie Tijerina; his mother Cora S. Solis of Rockport, Texas; his siblings, Joe Samora (Betty) of Rockport, Gilbert Solis (Denise) of Oyster Creek, John Solis of Rockport, Texas, Charlie Solis of Rockport, Texas, Patrick Solis of Rockport, Texas, Jasmine Solis of Rockport, Texas and Jessica Garcia (Lonnie) of Rockport, Texas; and his grandsons, Ryan Scott Tijerina, Bradley Ray Johnston and Joseph Jordan Tijerina.
