He is survived by: his father Charles Teal Jr.; his children, Chelsea Rodriguez (Justin), Steven Teal, Felina Higby and Jordan Higby; his grandsons, Cayden Rodriguez and Cayson Rodriguez; his aunt JoAnn Bromley; his cousins, Trey Maloney (Nedra Bray), Tanya Lawrence (Calvin) and Katherine; and his friends, John and Laura Petri.
