With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Alejandro Garza of Aransas Pass, Texas, who passed away on November 26, 2024 at the age of 49. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecilia Garza (Moreno) and Conrado Garza. He is survived by: his wife Linda Martinez of Aransas Pass, Texas; his children, Luis Daniel Armendariz, Monica Arriga of Aransas Pass, Mindy of Ingleside and Jolynn Longoria of San Antonio, Texas; his grandchildren, Nadia, Andrea, Marilynn, Aubrey, Zamarii and Ghalilea; and his brothers, Conrado Garza, Jr. (Mirna) of Brownsville, Manuel Garza (Estella Cortez) of San Antonio, Ruben Garza (Minerva), Jaime Garza, Hector Garza (Veronica) and Gerardo Garza (Elizabeth) of Brownsville, Texas. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 2nd 2024 from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Resthaven Funeral Home (1345 S Commercial St, Aransas Pass, TX 78336). A rosary was held on Monday, December 2nd 2024 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass was held on Tuesday, December 3rd 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. Mary Star of the Sea Church (342 S Rife St, Aransas Pass, TX 78336). A burial was held on Tuesday, December 3rd 2024 at the San Ignacio Cemetery.
