He was predeceased by: his father George Sparkman; and his sister Cathy Sparkman. He is survived by: his mother JoJorrine Sparkman (Luedke); his children, Crystal Sparkman Hill (Chris), Kayla Sparkman and Robert Sparkman Jr.; his grandchildren, Keylee Hill, Tyler Hill, Randy Grant, Sevanna Wiese, Shyanne Wiese and Dakota Wiese; and his siblings, Mattie Gann and Gerald Sparkman (Connie). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
