With heavy hearts, we announce the death of William Franklin Duncan (Apple Springs, Texas), born in Pennington, Texas, who passed away on October 31, 2020 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Eldred Lee Duncan and Iola Ripley Duncan-Edwards; his niece Karen Moore-Carter-Letney; and his brothers, James, Sr., Eldred, Jr. and Oren Duncan.
He is survived by: his wife Ernestine Richardson Duncan of Nogalus Prairie, TX; his children, Lisa Griffin of Kingwood, TX and William "Bill" Duncan of Florida; his sisters, Bobbie McMullen and Frances Stowe; his grandchildren, Lauren Carpenter and Todd Griffin; and his great grandchildren, Tinley and Tuff. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
