He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Willie Sr. Spencer and Margaret Daniel Spencer; his wife Morteal; his children, Kenneth (Johnita), Wanda (Bonnie) and Jacqueline; his grandchildren, Nicholas (Lucy), Princess Highgate (Shay), Jacques Dewberry, Kendrick and Kristen; his great grandchildren, Brandon Wise, Jazzlyn Dewberry and Khloe; his sibling Freddie (Vernell); and his sisters-in-law, Lillian Spencer, Stella Spencer and Evelyn. He was also cherished by niece, (Sharon); A host of other nieces, nephews, family and friends.
