He is survived by: his wife Mary Lynn Stricklin (Turner) of Apple Springs; his sons, David Stricklin (Jennifer) of Palestine, TX, Jason Stricklin (Melissa) of Tennessee Colony, TX and Roy Sandifer of Houston, TX; and his grandchildren, Tyler Stricklin (Tabitha) of Dallas, TX, Tara Stricklin of Palestine, TX, Alex of Tennessee Colony, TX, Jaxson of Tennessee Colony, TX and Skyler Stricklin of Tennessee Colony, TX. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, and other relatives and friends.
Buddy was also a member of the Apple Springs Baptist Church where he attended faithfully until Covid stopped everyone from meeting.
