It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Edward Bollier of Apple Springs, Texas, born in Minden, Louisiana, who passed away on February 20, 2021, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Joel and Ruth Ardassa Bollier (McGahee); his brother James Matthew; his wife Helen Bollier (Linscott); his grandson Rickey William Hendry, Jr.; his siblings, Dale, Jerry, Kenneth, Willard, Grady, Elendar Bollier Barnes and Joyce Bollier Hill; and the mother of his children Lula Mae Sexton.
He is survived by: his son James Edward; his daughter-in-law Susan Bollier of Pasadena; his daughter Linda Joyce (Bollier); his son-in-law Rickey Hendry of Apple Springs; his grandchildren, ReJeania (Rodney Canon), James David (Tina Bollier), Weldon Edward (Angela Bollier), Becky (Patrick Rowley), Angela Marcotte (Hendry) of Lufkin, Kimberley Hendry (Chris Chiasson) and Jean (Scott Lucas); his siblings, Mabel Singletary (Bollier) of Onalaska, Charlene Pierce (Bollier) of Lufkin and Weldon; his sister-in-law Nancy Bollier of Conroe; and also, Ethelrene Burnett Smith, Sheridan Clark, Helen Schultze, Peggy Smith and Gwen Grumbles. He is also survived by 10 great-great-grandchildren.
