He was predeceased by: his parents, Reyes Martinez and Maria Martinez; his brother Ruben Martinez (Flo Martinez); and his grandchildren, Phoenix Peralta and Kadence Peralta.
He is survived by: his children, Charity Peralta (Sergio), Reyes III of Anton, Martinez Zapata of Anton and Devin Zapata of Anton. He is also survived by three sisters, two brothers, and five grandchildren, many aunts, cousins, nieces, nephews.
