She is survived by: her husband Anton B. Czaja; her children, Douglas A. Czaja (Teresa) and Karen C. Evanko; her grandchildren, Jacob, Andrew, Laura Flynn (Jeff), Gregory and Justin; and her great grandchildren, Skylar and Jace Flynn.
