It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Delores McWhirter of Anton, Texas, who passed away on August 31, 2024, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Pablo Castillo; her husband David Willis McWhirter Jr.; her brothers, Philip, Joe and Gilbert Castillo; and her granddaughter Ava Lucia McWhirter.
She is survived by: her mother Maria Castillo; her children, Nicole (Coco), David McWhirter (Allie) of Monahans and Daniel McWhirter (Lorraine McWhirter) of Morton, Texas; her granddaughter Nicole McWhirter-Flores (Mike Flores) of Anton, Texas.; her siblings, Adela Sosa of Anton, Texas, Paul (Mary Castillo), Guadalupe (Gloria Castillo), Tony (Edna Castillo) and Genaro (Olga Castillo); and her grandchildren, Lauren McWhirter, Braden Flores, Koben Flores, Kaidyn Flores, Fox McWhirter, Ainsley Flores, Sawyer McWhirter, Sylvia Shay McWhirter and Daniel Haze McWhirter.
