She is survived by: her sons, Todd Anthony Hagewood (Samantha) and Brett Hagewood; her grandchildren, Collin Matthew Hagewood and Heather Lynn Hagewood; her great grandchild Collin Matthew Hagewood Jr.; and her brother Michael William Clay.
