She is survived by: her husband Anthony Newkirk; her mother-in-law Lillie Lynch; her siblings, Donald Ray Frederick, Sr., Leroy Frederick, Jr. (Janice), Debora Kay Frederick and Pamela Jackson (Fidencio); her godson Micheal Payne; and her nieces and nephews, Charlotte Frederick, Tara Watkins (Rodney), Chelsea Jackson, Brandie Jackson, Donnell Harrell, Cedrick Frederick, Donald Ray Frederick, Jr. and Anthony Frederick. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, and many relatives and friends.
