He was predeceased by: his spouse Elaine Bell. He is survived by: his daughter Leslie; his grandchildren, Wendy, Will and Wesley Harrison; his great grandchildren, Jody, Jud, Jake Harrison, Kayley, Kameryn Mathis and Jonathan Nicholson; and his brother Joe Boy Chapman.
