She is survived by: her husband Rhuel Douglas Higby of Anna; her son Larry; her daughter-in-law Julie Higby of Anna, Texas; her grandsons, Alexander Donal Higby and Blake Douglas Higby of Anna, Texas; her siblings, Frank Meimerstorf of Russellville, Lou Ella Metz, Helen Renfroe of Russellville, Pat Bowden of Ozark, Ala, Mary Martin of Dardanelle and Judy; and her siblings-in-law, Delbert Hale, George Higby of Clarksville and Vonda Lamb of Wynette, Oklahoma..
