He was predeceased by: his parents, Claud Cook and Laura Leona Cook; his sister Judy Bradshaw; and his daughter Karen Anderson. He is survived by: his children, Cindy Barrer, Bobby Cook, Tami Jones and Charles Cook; his sisters, Betty Sue Creech-Baker and Merideth Anne Harlan; his significant other Ann; and his friends, Paradise and Jesus. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren and 10 great-grand children.
