We are sad to announce that on October 26, 2023, at the age of 76, Roger Kenque Blanchard of Angleton, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Archie Blanchard and Tassie Blanchard; his in-laws, Robert and Irma Lookingbill; his siblings, Una Blanchard, Bobby and Hugh (Pat); his sister-in-law Chiyoko; and his grandson Mitchell Pate.

He is survived by: his wife Linda Lee Blanchard; his children, Connie and Roger Joe Pate (Tami); his grandchildren, Jessica Blevins (Thomas) and Adam Pate; his sister Patsy Boudreaux (Barney); and his siblings-in-law, Robert Lookingbill and Deborah Lookingbill (Norma Riley). He is also survived by many great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
